I've been doing these things also now that I actually have to lose weight. I'm really bad at lunges.. I've never gotten the hang of it and I either lose balance or don't go down far enough for them to be effective. It's weird.
You're only doing 30 crunches? My goal was 100 per day.. haha. I think it might be too much though starting out. My stomach muscles have to fuse back together first because they split open when the stomach stretches out.. there's still about an inch wide gap. Strange huh? I have FIT TV too.. I should check that out.
