Personally, I think she should get some sort of compensation for the doctor failing to detect her pregnancy as well as the failed abortion.
You pay to have something done...if it isn't done properly, it should be done again, or you should pay.
As creepy and horrible as that sounds, that's how it is from a legal view. -.-
But I don't think she should be paid to raise the child. No one is forcing her to keep it. She could just as easily put it up for adoption as anything else.
I doubt she'll win....that'd just be dumb.
