Recipe: Oven-roasted Roma tomatoes
Since I stopped doing that other meme because it got lame (describe your day/week AND month in great detail? wtf), here is a new one: recipe meme!

My mom fills her garden with Romas. Growing up, she probably had easily 30-40 plants and I grew to hate tomatoes because it was a never-ending task of collecting them once it got to harvest and the plants grew like crazy things, never staying in the cages. But now the roma reminds me of home, of canned tomatoes, of spaghetti sauce and spanish rice.
