I've been kinda sickly since yesterday... I don't even know why, gotten a bit weak, and my joints suddenly hurts... >.<

I think I understand. I was once a people-pleaser and I have observed that the more you say yes the more they abuse you. Then I realized it's good to be kind but it's better to be firm and say no if you don't want to do what they tell you. ^_^

it's a constant struggle though... i try to not be a doormat as much as possible but even as an adult you still have peer pressure and sometimes you wanted to belong or please your friends and you get bullied into doing things you don't want to... i guess we can't be totally free from it... :(
