As evildwarf says to me, and often- if we want friends/lovers who are as smart as us, we have approximately 4% of the population to choose from. (NB: PEEPLE CANT SPEL.) Engaging dumkopfs in argument is a waste of energy- because you can't explain to someone who doesn't know what it is that they don't know, because they don't know that they don't know, and indeed never will know that they don't know, because they don't know enough to know.

i don't have anything against you personally, I'm sure you're a great person (even though I don't know you at all). That said, if you're sick of having comments scattered throughout your journal (and other peoples) then you should take thier initial comments off YOUR livejournal when they ask you to end the confrontation. Please be the bigger person. I'm tired of the people I care about getting shit for some random comment they made a month ago. I'm sure you are too (unless your life is THAT boring that you live for internet drama). I hope your wedding is beautiful, I know hers will be! :) Best of Luck!

Honestly, I'm amazed it's till going. That said - I believe it's important to own your words. I get flack about random stuff that happened ages ago - it happens. I deal with it. I don't like deleting comments, or emails, or anything of the like. If you say something - it stays said. Now, I doubt any of you will believe I'm doing this out of anything but spite, and that's your call.

If erininawell hadn't gotten so irrationally pissed off, it wouldn't be a problem now. That said - she was fun to argue with. The troll was not, so the comments got deleted.

I'll tell you what - I'll take the comments down if people keep snarking, because I agree - this is getting old. And I like to think I can be a reasonable person.
