Today I got a call from my Dad informing me that my Grandfather, who I've known very well over the years and just saw a couple weeks ago at thanksgiving, passed away from a heart attack. I wouldn't say that I'm taking it well

Oh my god, I'm so sorry to hear that. I always enjoyed the time I got to spend with your grandfather and he seemed like such a pillar of the family.
