Please go to the (soon to be finished) new website of ADK-europe and you'll find a first taste of a new animated series I'm making at the moment that form the backbone of a blocky universe that'll be the new company's identity ( Read more... )

There is no sound yet, regrettably. I need to work on page layouts first before I have time to delve into sound. :/

Heh :)

(Two weeks is an awfully time to put your website "on black" though ...)

Well... the old site was just too horrible to keep up any longer.

And this way my animation gets a good look at, so I'm not complaining. ;)

I don't know, but two weeks of downtime is better than a crappy rush job of a website IMO. ^^

It's weird that a company would put a European website out of commission for two weeks. But I suspect it is a secret plot to give your animations the spotlight they deserve, so keep them coming! :)

Hahaha, they're so cute! I can't wait to hear them talk (probably in illegible squeeky voices - like LocoRoco - that would be way too cute ^^)

I really like the 3D effect of the squares falling out of the box :D

Is this a flash animation... or did you do this in moho?! Btw i posted the site as a tip on hyves because i love the animations.

Btw to end on a critical note the typography of the we're out of the air for two weeks still stinks. Allthough i'm glad you stopped using the horrible 'impact' font though. Which must only be used in impactfull imagery :P

Moho all the way baby. The 3D plates I animated by hand with manipulating the vector points.

And yes the typography is boring Helvetica. Unfortunately the font decision was not up to me but the resident designer. (even though he let me design the web pages, the font had to be this horrible)
