Ok, this fills a 9 by 12 pan, so multiply away, just get a bigger pan...
Oh, and it's really really good!
Mix together: 1/2 cup of melted butter 1 medium onion (optional, personally I think onions are gross) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 bag hash browns (2lbs or 1kg)
Put ingredients in 9X12 pan.
Put parmesan cheese or crushed corn flakes on top (I like corn flakes)
