Purim->Pesach
Purim was so much fun! We went to a Purim meal in Brooklyn hosted by one of the Rabbis that we take classes with. It was so awesome. Purim is coming up veeeeery quickly. Like. Saturday night-Sunday sort of quickly. And that means that today is the fast of Esther. So, if you're fasting, good luck! Natural disasters happen naturally, pre-meditated murder doesn't.
This weekend, two horrific tragedies occurred. One was the awful tsunami that hit the coast of Japan, killing hundreds, death toll rising, and injuring thousands more. Then, on Friday, more death.

So, yeah. It finally happened. Last few times that we went to see her, she was on oxygen and she wasn't able to talk, and was pretty much falling asleep with difficulty breathing (well, hence the oxygen mask). But you know what? Went to the dentist today. Not a bad thing, I don't exactly love it but I'm not afraid of it or anything. It just is. Hate the feeling of that pick, though, picking through the gaps in my teeth. ldkjfhkdsjhf I actually wind up feeling bad for him and the dental hygienist; I have a tiny mouth and an active tongue, and a big gag reflex. 8D ( Read more... ) -
