as you may or may not know, chris's dad had to go in for open heart surgery yesterday to fix a problem with one of his valves. the surgery went fine and they were able to fix everything and as of yesterday everything was fine and he was recovering well. however one of the medications he was on, a blood thickener caused a stroke this afternoon.
