Interests: I love creativity and the arts, including drawing, writing, theatre and music. I also find myself outside at every opportunity, either running, horseback riding, or just taking walks in the woods, but shin splints are keeping me inside for now. I used to take ballet and currently play the violin as a musical outlet. I am very interested in my cat, who is old and fat, but still manages to be quite the handsome kitty. As a humanitarian, I volunteer everywhere I can and raise money for several different charities. Oddly enough, I've always had this aspiration to become an actress, but I'm not sure if I could handle it. Reading is one of my most beloved interests. Love books. Finally, a laundry list of other things I'm interested in: Surfing, tennis, swimming, psychology, languages, animals, and partying.
Almost forgot to mention that I'm a huge nerd. Obviously, Final Fantasy has my heart, but I'm also a big fan of Kingdom Hearts, World of Warcraft, and Call of Duty, among various other Square Enix games and the occasional snowboarding game.
Pet Peeves: Not much gets to me, really, other than loud chewers and being ignored or disliked, especially by those I love. Oh, and flaky people.
Hobbies/Talents: Apparently, I pick things up quickly. I play violin, draw and write something every day. Not sure what else to put here beyond what I've written in interests. Eh, I'll give it a try. I dance, I attempt to sing, I've been able to sell a good number of my drawings/paintings for bucks, and I'm particularly good at math and english related topics in school. I've also been told that I have a very convincing Irish accent, if that matters at all.
Dreams/Ambitions: I want to be successful and happy, like most everyone else. To me, this means a decent paying job, a partner I can invest love in, and just overall happiness. I think I already wrote somewhere that I wanted to be an actress, and be well liked by people. That's all I really need, minus the actress part if I can't have that.
Strengths: I'm pretty intelligent, and people often come to me for that strength. Other than that, I'm hard working and confident, and strong willed. If I want something, I'm going to do something about it. I'm compassionate and caring, sometimes putting other people's needs before my own, and I like to think I'm helpful. Even if I'm not, you can still tell me that I helped. It makes me feel better. :) Also, I write a damn convincing essay.
Weaknesses: I have this unreasonable need to be liked by everyone. I procrastinate more than I should, and can be kinda sluggish and lazy at times. I also realize that I can be immature at times, especially with family. It's like, whenever I'm with family, I slip back into this childlike mindset, which must be interesting to watch. I've got no upper body strength, it's all in my abs and legs. Speaking of my legs, they're short, which puts me at a disadvantage in races. I'm shopping impaired. I'm physically unable to find either clothes I like/clothes that fit. It's either unattractive, or it looks horrible on my figure. It's a wonder I have a wardrobe at all.
Optimistic or Pessimistic: Depends, but optimistic most of the time.
Hyper, Calm, or Somewhere in Between? Somewhere in between, depending a great deal on my diet. Most of the time, I'm calm. It's better for my overall health. :D
Impulsive or Cautious: A bit of both, if possible. For decisions that will affect others, I'm cautious, but if I'm the only one involved, I'm all for impulse!
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing. You're never going to get anything done if you're shy about things. In this day and age, you don't have time to be shy!
Mature or Immature?: I like to think I'm mature, but my friends like to disagree.
Leader or Follower?: Most of the time, I follow, but I'll step up if needed and turn the whole ship around.
What are the 3 top characteristics you look for in a friend? Caring, dependable, loyal.
Are you more of a lover or a fighter? I think lover. I'm not one to fight, because generally, I lose fights.
What's your fighting style (FF or RL-verse)? No RL fights yet, thankfully, but in FF, I like to cast summons. Mostly because as a kid, I would love to watch the summoning animations and the pretty colors. Similarly, I like magic, if only for nostalgia. Heh.
Finally, if a situation isn't going the way you like, what do you do about it? I definitely do something. Sometimes though, I don't figure out exactly what it is I'm doing until the last second, but it always works out somehow. I don't like doing things directly, I tend more to like to turn the situation around through other means, without anyone knowing. I guess I'm sneaky like that. Hah.
