Oh? Even if the judge's interpretation is wrong? Just because a judge has (theoretically) the last word doesn't close the debate, and that makes the commentary relevant.

Judges are not infallible, and their interpretations have far-reaching consequences.

I can see you are concerned with the conservation of valuable space in this and other communities -- so much so that you were willing to sacrafice even more valuable space for your complaint. I recognize, acknowledge, and commend your concerns.

To clarify my purpose for the post: i consider this community as one of dialogue (that is, bidirectional dialogue), and for that reason i want to use this forum to posit my thoughts and welcome others' ideas and opinions (however "irrelevant" you or anyone else considers them).

In short, i wish to examine and explore multiple views of an issue in order to achieve my ultimate goal of developing and clarifying my own personal view on that issue. "Here's what i think; please tell me what you think."
