Living to 100

There is a significant chance that young people will live to 100 (current Guardian article). Now I am not 16 and I don't live in the UK, but I haven't had any serious health concerns *yet*, don't smoke, drink etc. Being the anxious soul that I am though, I doubt I will live to 100. I exercise my brain by constantly seeking out and learning new things, and will 'move up' to learning new languages in the next five years: that's a proven strategy for delaying the onset of senility ( ... )

Your limericks are pretty nifty brain work too I'd imagine!

I have naturally gravitated towards older people my entire life. I suppose I'll have to start cultivating friendships with younger people if I see that the smoking plan isn't working and my older friends are dying off. But on a more serious note, I do yoga for similar reasons and fully intend on some sort of serious work until the day I die. Bordering on workaholic? Oh yes.
