After 3 years, I've managed to cross another state off of my to-do list. I've been in Alaska for a week. Hawaii is in my sights. I think I might go to Puerto Rico after that.

I still haven't won the lottery. My health is still OK. Just over a year now since my knee surgery, and I'm still loving the results. -

Forgot to post in February.
That says something about how this journal, which used to see so much activity, has fallen into disuse. I'm a permanent member, so I am going to check in here from time to time, but hardly any of the friends I had here 10 years ago are especially active. I was going through my bathroom cabinet drawers and found my old body measuring devices. This sparked guilt for not keeping up with the measurements and curiosity to how things stand now. So, I measured.

The straw
Our gaming group had 9 members: Jonathan, myself, Laura, Ramón, Jennifer, Richard, Tony, John, and Tennis (it's an alias). Laura works most Saturdays and so her attendance is rare. Issues with old pictures
I've hosted most of my pictures since 2004 or so with ImageShack because they were free and I dug that. Sometimes an image would just go missing, but that was rare. Then a couple of years ago, they started asking for $2.00 per month, and more images went missing. Now there are a lot more images missing, and I don't want to keep paying them to not ( Read more... )
