I’ve watched a ton of films lately, but I haven’t posted about any of them - and I’ve pondered a bit why that is. Today, after finishing a far too thick and comprehensive anthology about film criticism I struck upon a possible answer. It’s all the film theories fault.

But the other two movies sound neat!

This is what Norwegian films do best - they traumatize you! Hee.

And the other movies are very good. I would particularly recommend Harakiri. I think you would like the philosophy and moral problems it raises. But then again I've always seen the Jedi as somewhat akin to Samurai.

I am feeling extremely traumatized by the use of live herring too. BRRRR!

"Harakiri" sounds interesting but "Nine Lives" is calling me even more. It is all about swimming in icy fjords!!! I want to see it!! ** off to find "Nine Lives".
