Got a job. The offer wasn't what I was hoping, but it will work out, and I can't keep playing interview footsy. I'll be working in Miami (Coral Gables), further away from the friends that I wanted to stay down here for in the first place. Living at the beach is one of the best decisions I've made in my life.

And, while selfish, yay to you being right around the corner (Coral Gables) from me.

The job actually is in Coral Gables. Douglas and Alhombra, at the financial plaza there. I was actually talking to a friend from HS who may be moving back down here today at lunch, and am definitely thinking the beach might be a good idea. Can ya give me any estimates on rent in the area from when you were looking?
