Bulgaria's a nice addition to the cast, but I feel he could have a bit less uh, baggage? That sounds stupid when we're in Sanctuary- OF COURSE WE ALL HAVE BAGGAGE- but Bulgaria sure is proving to be heavy on the angst, almost a tad stubbornly.

Maybe I just want Bulgaria to cheer up and whack Italy on the head with a stick, idk? |D

I mostly like Bulgaria right now. I think he should be maybe a little sneakier. This was a guy who managed to stay out of fighting anyone for most of the war. I'm not finding much on Bulgarian electrotypes except not liking Turks (does anyone like the Turks but the Turks? lol) So I'm not sure how helpful I am. I rather like Bulgaria but maybe making him a bit snarkier and sneakier would be good.
