It's not very stretchable and can only fit to a small uk size 8! :)

Hi dear!

The top would fit a uk6-8 comfortably as it's meant to be worn loose.
The width of the sleeves is 9" and the width of the sleeves opening is 4.5"
The sleeves is slightly ballooned (:
