Seeing as you've deleted it from the LJ UK thread - Chips, Cheese and Gravy IS the Manx National Dish. Unless you know a better one :)

Did I delete it? Didn't mean to! That makes me sound intelligent doesn't it! Lol, of course it is the national dish, I just meant that it's not unique to the island :-)

The power of Chips, Cheese and Gravy - tendrils reaching out across the world. But admittedly I'm not sure who had it first now, the Manx or the Canadians. I'd be more inclined to think the latter, for better or worse. Oh well. At least we've still got Bonnag.
