noodles and company

so i just got back from noodles and co. i have a few things to say about the place. let's just start with the name. noodles AND company. why the "and"? who is in the company of noodles? i have no idea. it could be called noodles company. if it were the name would be more sensible. but the "and" part is what gets me. so i ordered this indonesian
