Why is God never a good enough answer?? Why cant i just say, "God wants me to..." or "God doesnt want me to ...." and people say "OH well if thats what God says then...."????? why?

Why isn't the phrase "because God told me to..." a good enough answer? Simple...because people don't believe it. Because it's hard to get past the idea that God really speaks to other people.

Maybe it is because it is hard for people to get past the idea that someone who is so often such a complete jerk to his family and friends has such a deep relationship with his creator, the God of love.
