What makes us (as Christians) different than non-Christians? What is it? We can say "we have God in our lives" all we want but so what. I've noticed in my life lately that ive been sliding, sliding backwards, away from God's Majesty. And i look to God and ask "God what is different, what is the world that i am supposed to be in and not of ( Read more... )

good job Peter. That was good. Keep going with it though. Don't stop.
Put it into action. You and I tend to have a hard time immediately changing and taking the stand we need to after we have learned what needs to change but we both know we have the ability to do it. I'll be praying you take action is what you've discovered/realized/been shown.

Keep rocking.

A great deal of your peers are very much disillusioned. This is because they compromise, even if slightly, believing God is one who gives an inch. Not true!!!

To live for Christ - and what does that really mean, anyway - it will take absolutely drastic measures, beyond where anyone else seems to be willing to go, to live out a life fully according to his statute. It doesn't require some sacrifice and some good works, it requires ALL SACRIFICE. But in the end the one who sacrifices all is the one who gains all.

Thank you for posting what you did. If its ok I'd like to use some of it for my youth group.

Hey Peter. It's been a long time since I've talked to you, or even seen you. Reading your posts lately has really hit me-you have changed from the person I use to know. I guess I'll just keep reading your posts, and maybe we'll end up talking sometime...

Praying for you.

So i was thinking, you left me an anonymous post, which im ok with, but it does leave the question open as to who you are, and, wanting to talk to you, if currently for no other reason than i like to talk to people, esspecially about me and the realism of truth, id like to know who you are and maybe we can grab coffee or lunch sometime, i dunno your call. hope life finds you well. God bless

I agree, I think most times the hardest part of living by God's rules is starting it. But it is possible to succeed. They say good habits are only as hard to start as bad habits are. That's cool that you realize that. I really hope that you do put the effort into it though. Walk the walk.
