You could make him a book of little coupons like:
One free back massage
One free kissing (etc...) session

Sounds corny, I know, but it is a lot of fun and kind of exciting when they're used.

Or write him a letter or bake him cookies.

He does things like that for you because he loves you like crazy, dont feel bad about it. Just always be really thankful for it and always let him know how much it means to you. He is totally and completely crazy about you and if he has the money to do things for you that you cant do for yourself right now, then he is going to want to do it... or he just WILL do it.
