I did that very tunic for Finnr for his Laurel ceremony many years ago. I really liked the finishing but mine wasn't nearly as fine as that. Sigh....hand sewing, not so much my bag.

Nice bound edge. Your hand sewing is meticulous enough that you should be able to get the same fine edge.
