I'm naming most of files/folders on my laptop in Japanese. This is to help my Japanese, to memorize the kanji. My Japanese is awful, I couldn't even remember the kanji for 'music' (ongaku). A shame, since while I don't have many talents (at least that I know about), I think I have a talent for languages. I could be good. But, I'm lazy. I would ( Read more... )

J-rock is my favorite, I think.

Sometimes I almost get anxious because I'm aware how many thing that surely would improve my existence, would make my life happier, I'm missing. I'm not talking just about music, but also anime/manga series, movies, etc. One of my favorite anime series, Persona -trinity soul-, I discovered by accident. And the only reason I gave NANA a try is that the series is my friend's, someone's I truly adore, favorite.

*lol* Heh, I just take it all in with a stride as I go along... I think right now, I'm just going way too much WHEEEEEEE I CAN, I CAN, with writing and drawing and creating, because I've been so bogged down for quite a few years, so I haven't felt like consuming as much as producing. All in good time, I'll probably get over this drive some time during 2012... :)

I've never been much into producing. I'm quite satisfed with my existence when drunk off my ass and listening to rock music (just like right now; I just consumed my 3rd bottle of red wine this week ^^ ). I guess if I was more into producting, it would be different-- I wouldn't feel anxious about missing others' stuff when I could produce my own, just as awesome. But, while I sometimes feel a strong need to express myself and for example draw something, write a poem, it's not often. I get off of other people' works. I think this is one of the reasons I like studying languages-- I don't have to be creative, contribute anything myself.
