Weekly recap...

Last weekend. Katharine came down from Long Island to hang out and do radio with me. It was a good time and I thank her, again, for her company. I still don't like doing radio by myself and she made a perfect co-host. Plus, she got me her pictures and videos from KD at The Space and those were...very important to me. Haha. Maxwells. 11/23 and 11/24...both sold out!

what's your thoughts on going anyway and possibly getting in?????

I think everyone I know who's gone to a Maxwell's show without a ticket has managed to find one there and get in. A lot of times people show up with extras, willing to sell (but sometimes for much higher prices).

If it's a show you really want to go to, I say go for it. If you don't get in, it's a restaurant and bar, so you can hang out and eat. You could probably even manage to say hi to whomever you would have seen because bands get to eat there free and the food's good. Haha.

The downside is that it's a 45-60 minute ride (at least from Piscataway) and parking is always an issue. So, it all depends on what it's really worth to you. If it were my favorite band, I'd probably go and give it a shot. Haha.

Well, he's not well known... so..the odds of getting a ticket are probably not as great.

AND I'm down in Atlantic City... Piscataway is 2 to 2.5 hours from me.. so... but yeah, Butch Walker is worth the 3-4 hour drive.

After all, when I saw him in Asbury Park, there was no bus to get us back to AC so I ended up getting a limo.. so yeah, he's worth the chance!!
