All I can say is thank God we have a staff development day and then a day off. I think I just might shoot my students. I've tried so many tactics and they're working on the younger grades for the most part, however, I don't think there's much of anything I can do with my 6th graders. Thanx Rach! Sometimes I forget the people that have gone through similar situations and that more and more of us are actually in the real world. I'll more than likely take you up on the offer to vent. It's just been a bad week and a half and my frustrations were building.

I wish I could go tomorrow but I'll be in Oswego until Saturday. Our friend from Tucson is visiting so I should really go and see her. Especially since there was a problem with her ticket (as in the reservation was never processed) and she had to get a new flight out of Phoenix and left at midnight. I feel so bad for her. Are you just going up for the night? I miss you too. Its too bad I wasn't still in Oswego during your Student Teaching, we could have met up so many times. C'est la vie (if thats even the right way to spell it - I'm not a French person).
