Guess I should've kept reading your entries. :-P Yay 3rd person! Hey, wanna pass along some of that inspiration? I'm trying desperately hard to get back into writing, and I just can't seem to make myself do it. And I really, really want to. *sigh* Doesn't help that I have three stories I could work on, and I don't know which I want to do.

I almost never forget to eat. :-) I love it too much. Though I've done it twice in the past two weeks, both in relation to having plans with my friend West. Hmm...

We have a holiday on Monday, but working at a newspaper as I do, I don't get holidays. :-P

I have no clue where it came from, but it was long overdue. I think it helps a little when you clear some of the other distractions from your head. I've found that when I'm really busy, I can't even take the time to THINK about writing, so how am I actually going to sit down and do it? :P

I'm currently a fan of US holidays and the fact that a lot of them don't coincide with Canadian ones, because I have the option of taking either off for work. And if I'm feeling really lazy, I'll take both.

Whoo! I did it! I made myself sit down and start writing. About time. :-P I've been trying to get myself to do it for weeks now. It's so hard getting going, especially after a six-month absence. Now I just have to figure out where I'm going with the story. lol. Main character is a guy, which is different for me.

Technically, if I really wanted the holiday off, I could ask it off (if nobody else did). But pft... Pass up time and a half pay? I don't think so. And then I get to take the holiday later, and I always group them together for a whole week, so I basically get three weeks of vacation every year instead of just two. :-D

What is your new story about? I'm excited for you and me both, for you writing and for me getting to read something of yours again. :-)

That's awesome! :D Yeah, it can be really cool writing for a male protagonist. I don't find that it's necessarily more challenging, just different because you have to go a lot on second-hand knowledge. So whenever I hear something wackily male, I file it away in my brain for later reference. Like my buddy telling me about back spray with urinals. :P

You boss sounds a little bit like mine, actually. *shudders*

But, WOOOOT! on being in the zone. I nearly sputtered on my (drinking) water when I read how yo described the infatuation stage. LOL.

Write, write, write! Keep it up, I wanna see snippets ;)

He's not so bad. I just had to take it upon myself to draw a firm line between work time and personal time. So now I close my mailbox Friday afternoon and don't connect to it again until Monday morning. What I don't see, won't bother me!

Yes, I'm a little bit preoccupied with urine these days. I drink a lot of water now and it seems like I'm running to the bathroom a dozen times a day. Plus... I've always had this weird reaction to being excited about writing. It makes me need to pee. :|

Good for you! There's rarely anything that can't wait 'til Monday morning, anyway; and if it can't, I doubt he'd be sending you an email about it.

Most people don't drink enough water, but I guess you aren't one of 'em, eh? ;) Still excited about writing? Got any writing/plotting done over the weekend? (nag, nag, nag)
