Seeing as how converting a word document to pdf is free, and how I can access the same material for free legally on the intertubes, I wouldn't be willing to pay more than $5 for a pdf to someone I don't know and love. Seeing as how it's you, I might be willing to pay $10.

For a printed and bound copy, I'd fork over up to $60 for hardbound, $20 or so for nice, large, gonna last a while softcover, no more than $10 for "mass market" paperback.
