As someone who's done the same, and quite literally been there before, I think you've done quite well. Keeping a web-serial ongoing, and posted, and the gnawing fact that you really can't revise it because its been "published", so to speak, wears at you. The difference in energy level between when you start and when you finish is ridiculous!
And just curious, but how many words is each book? Are they publishable? Web-serials have a weird tendency to turn into full grown novels.
