I saw something last night in which two characters were talking about the "half full/half empty glass" - and one guy said, "I don't even have a glass. All I have is a wet ring on the coffee table where the glass used to be." It was clever, and made me smile in recognition of that feeling, but how coincidental to come here this morning and see your shattered glass.
