Publix has acai!!  Or, more specifically, Haagen-Daas new Reserves section has "Brasilian AcaiBerry Sorbet".  If you've never had acai (and you prob haven't unless you've made the trek down to Brasil), then you're missing out.  Not only is it the mst nutritious berry on the planet, but it tastes heavenly!  I'm so excited!  Well...it is uber- ( Read more... )

Beware of Starbucks food.  I was just looking up the nutritional info and nothing has less than 210 cals...that's 15 minutes of hardcore elliptical work, kids.  Also, one of their cookies has 5 GRAMS of trans-fat, which has been shown to be the dastardly fat that attaches itself to your middle and won't let go.  YIKES!!!
