These people are thinking they're getting big bucks from the big corporations who can afford the testing with no problem & see it as an easy way to eliminate the little people/competition, oh & all the yardsales (though I highly doubt anyone will bother to police that, the man-power to check up on all yardsales, or even spot-check enough to be at all effective would be insane) and thrift stores & ebay and such, think how many more NEW toys Fisher Price can sell if nobody can re-sell last year's version
