thats from bad sleeping habits

not getting enough sleep

or you are getting enough sleep but your sleeping from like 5in the morning till like 3 in the afternoon.

i used to have the same thing 2 years ago....i went to the doctors and he told me what i just said.

i had to cut back on the partying for a week and get some sleep but by the next week....no more twitch
