So I'm here, in this desert of a country right? And I'm staying with my cousins which is really the best part of being here. Most of the time, when I refer to a cousin I mean some distant relative that's roughly my age and can only be classified as some kind of removed cousin. These guys are actually my mother's sister's children, so we're close. ( Read more... )

Thanks girl. It wasn't really meant to be beautiful though. It just really gets to me. And it made me think about my life and why I do the things I do. I thought it merited a post.

SCREAM KAREEM SCREAM! Haha, that sort of rhymes.

Anyways, I understand what you mean about the whole education thing. That is how my parents were brought up and I never understood WHY they wanted me to have an education SO BAD but now I know. I am definetely grateful for everything I have. Living in Miami, travelling all over the world, but most importantly, the opportunity of education and going to a well-known school like Bawsten. And I absolutely love it. LUV :D

Good to know you like it so much. Can't wait to get the royal Suzy tour of the city. We've got a lot of catching up to do and I know we'll have some good convos as soon as I get there. See you soon.

Don't worry for my soul Mir. Especially now that I'll be studying things closer to my interest I plan on getting plenty out of my classes besides just grades. I was just using that as an example, my point was that I feel very passionate about my education and success, but I don't measure success in just grades and money. Thanks for the concern though.
