So, now I'm changing a couple things in my life. One of those things is breakfast. I haven't eaten breakfast (for the most part) since I was 13. For all those counting, that's almost 19 years. My breakfasts are a routine. I either eat toast with an apple and cheese, or a home-made raw muesli of oats, grated apple, yoghurt and nuts. It works for me.

I ignored breakfast for a long time too... I've tried to fix that in recent years, even if it's just a croissant before running off to work.

I really like the Oatmeal to go cereal bars, so maybe I'll stick with that for the time being. It's also easier to eat on the bus. At least until I can manage to get food in my system before I leave for work (7 AM)...

Changing is so hard. I keep trying, and sometimes it works and sometimes it fails. Just ... baby steps.
