Well, I signed up for a recreational soccer league a while ago and hadn't heard back about being placed on a team, so I figured there wasn't space, cause I signed up as an individual and not with a team. I'm in Sarasota right now. My mom is getting married tomorrow, and there is family all over the place. I really like most of them and it is fantastic to meet new people from the new part of my family. I spent a few hours last night with cousins that I have not seen in years. I just finished another 5k. This time I took 2min and 30seconds off my last time. This time around 40min and 12seconds, last time 42:52. Next under 40min. I ran the first mile in 11min and some odd seconds. Yeah, not olympic times or anything, but I'm happy that I can finish at all.

I ran (and walked) in a 5k, part of the Gasparialla Distance Classic. It was fun and I want to do one that is coming up in a few weeks. Yeah, for getting BUFF and being athletic.

In the ever continuing quest to figure out what to do with my life I had a thought . . . mabye I will become a special education teacher.

So, I'm in the library, as one of my kids from work does a project for school. I'm hoping that she will continue to read over my shoulder, and see that I am writing about her. Yup, she is now laughing at me and commenting that I am weird.

Why is it that I can spend several hours writing bullshit on the computer, but can't seem to spend more than two minutes writing the one important email that I need to complete. I suck. I did have a really good time with my crazy ass co-workers last night. Good times.
