I just came within 10 feet of hitting a deer at about 50 mph. I was on my way home from Bible Study when all of a sudden I see this shape and before I really know what I'm doing, I'm slamming on my brakes. I just missed hitting it, but had it stopped running, I would have hit it for sure. It was a fawn, so relatively small (but NOT a baby!) and
