I find it difficult to believe in a separate, omnipotent God. I believe that God exists in all things and is all things.
Beyond that, I believe that human understanding is limited, and that science is slightly more useful than the Bible. What I term "God" is akin to what others term "beauty," or the Holy Spirit.
I am a Unitarian Universalist/Agnostic. A few of the things that define a UU are being tolerant and accepting, being on a search for truth, and generally being nice to people, taking care of people, and making other people happy. Once I went to church on Easter and the sermon was about how maybe Jesus existed, and if he did, he was probably a pretty nice guy. Unitarian Universalism is less about God and more about people. One of the principles (or whatever) is the belief in teh inherent worth and dignity that exists within each person, and I like that a lot. For me, as far as God is concerned, I will believe it when someone can prove it to me, and that's where the Agnosticism fits into it. I'm not Atheist, because I don't believe that there is absolutely no higher power, but I don't really believe in a "God" either. I kind of believe in fate, and that some coincidences are not just coincidences, and I follow signs. And I'm nice. And I take care of people. That is my religion. Sorry I wrote so much.

If there are no consequences to our choices, how can our decisions be free? To remove consequence from choice is to remove meaning from choice.
