Yes, they would, I would imagine. They aren't offended by cows feeding their young, or pigs, or dogs. Just us drinking the milk (of cows). Within the species, I imagine it must be ok.

Yes, because they can't give anything else to their child, and mother to child is natural enough to not matter.
