So much for my gig w/ Fireball Improv. All I can do is keep telling myself the Universe is unfolding as it should and repeat as needed. I got fired yesterday afternoon, less than 24 hours after the first rehearsal. I know that I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, and haven't heard or read a thousand times before, and yet it's often our role as friends to remind the ones we care about in our lives of truths which may have fallen back in the face of adversity. I hope you read what follows in that light.

Please don't loose sight of the fact that Fitness requires that both the part and it's intended place align. If you weren't right for them, it's equally true that they weren't right for you. In showing so little understanding of you, so little compassion and adaptability, the director and the troupe clearly showed that they were not a fit place for you. If they had shown these colors earlier, say for example with some clearly intolerant statements during your audition, you might have declined their invitation to join of your own accord
