i went down the shore today with jeff and ted. we took nj transit out of 30th street station and it stops right in atlantic city. its no ocean city, but still, its the shore. it was amazing. the waves were great and the sun was out, the air was nice, there was a breeze, the ocean was tolerably warm (aka cold haha) and it was a good time.

i took two sizeable naps today. you wish you were me. except i'm still tired :o( but lana's coming over for runningness tomorrow :o)

yesterday was my last day on the heartburn pill. hopefully whatever it was is healed and i wont need to go on it again. so far, so good. i ate an apple and it hasnt given me heartburn yet so heres hoping.

i had a pretty good weekend. battle of the bands was on friday night and that was alot of fun. my friend from work and his band played. i love when i know the band. it makes me feel extra special. there are pictures on facebook from the after party. sooo much fun. i'm glad i'm associating with pi nu. i dont know why but i cant sleep. i'm exhausted but that doesnt seem to matter. and i'm either getting sick or i have allergies. i hope its just allergies because right now i only have a slightly stuffy nose and a sore throat. we'll see i guess. i'm gonna try and go back to bed. if that doesnt work i think i'll go run a few miles and try again ( Read more... )
