So my band started this my freshman year.. we actually had a game on halloween night 4 years ago.. so everyone who wanted to wear a costume had to donate two canned food items. The other three years well we didnt have a game on halloween obviously but we made it a tradition anyways. My Sophomore year the aftermath that made it all the way up to PA

That's a very wonderful tradition your band started with the donations. My band's Halloween show has and always will be the last away game of the season. I have, fortunately, escaped high school, but I still go to see the costumes.
