I know that everyone thinks I'm crazy for not loving my job. I have excellent hours, raises, vacations, etc, but the stress of dealing with kids day after day,and the loud noises of the instruments is really getting to me. I'm tired and don't really like teaching middle school.

I woke up at four am. It is now past 5:00. I woke up because I had to pee, and i was hungry and thirsty, and my asthma is not helping either. And the rain and wind! I am nervous because of my auditions, because of my job, during which I was very irritable, and had no patience this week thus far. I am so nervous. I am taking prednizone for my 13 day cold now, and although it is helping it is making me very anxious, which the doctor said it would. I don't want to sleep, and it's almost 10:00. What's the trigger?
Winter grey skies.
Plain white walls.
Minor imperfections.
A cluttered, unorganized house.
Sick grandmother.
Sick mother.
Sick father.
Everything is always up and down. I want to go to a sunny climate.
Maybe I will feel better.
Maybe it will brighten my mood.

How can I fix this blah mood?
Organize the house.
I need a plan.

To be able to sleep at like 10 and wake up early?..to exercise and eat better?
To be able to be stress and anxiety free? To not have trusted people who screwed you over?
