I know you can't hear a profile song here like you can on my space but if you have not heard the song Fall by Clay Walker you should give it a try. It's a good song. I feel guilty about my comments and current feelings re politics and the elections but honestly I am just at the point where I want it to be over....does that make me a bad citizen/ ( Read more... )

I agree with you re Moonlight. I'm so glad I kept my mouth shut about my initial feelings . There was a discussion about it on the Veranda after the first episode and thankfully I didn't say a word, or add any comments to the discussion. I thought the first episode was cheesy and there was one moment where I actually laughed out loud and not in a good way. The show seems to get better with every episode so I'm also very glad that I hung in there.

I've also seen the final Blood Ties episode now. You mentioned that wanted to know what I thought about it you didn't know what to make of it over my lj if I remember correctly. How did you mean? To me it looks like she lost Mike and that she is letting Henry go. Of course if there is another season that could all be changed? It is a funny ending of sorts but I guess because it wouldn't satisfy those that wanted her with Henry or those that wanted here with Mike. I was also surprised she chose to bring Colleen back and let the demon go free to be honest with you.

Moonlight has far exceeded my expectations and I find myself looking forward to it. Hopefully it will be renewed and we will get a couple of more seasons out of it. If the stories keep developing as they are it could be very good ( ... )

It's times like this when I'm heartily glad not to work in an office! I have such a hatred for nasty political arguments (strong opinons here yes but allow others their beliefs without thinking they are the anti christ!).

I love Moonlight too! Each week has just gotten better and they are finding their own niche with the mythology too. I adore Mick and loved his grr argh moments last week. It really can go the distance if they play it right.

Torchwood is another fav of ours and I can't wait for JM to pop in (the clips I've seen have me wetting myself!).

Glad to hear from you. I read my digests on the Veranda but haven't had lots of down time lately.

Just really ready for the political craziness to be over. I know how I feel, who I am going to vote for and I just want to do it and move on...bad attitude I know.

Re: Moonlight I too love Mick and I like where they are going with the mythology it def. could be around for awhile if everyone plays their cards right. I heard they were nominated or received a peoples choice award which is a good sign.

I just got caught up on Torchwood thanks to Brat and now I am ready for January 26th! Try not to work too hard..hugs to you and Jim!
