I heart "A Modest Proposal." The only problem with posting it would be having to explain the concept of satire to all the people who got offended (there are seriously schools where this is banned, because of teh eval baby eating) and that would just make me sad and annoyed.

Yeah. When we read it in my eleventh grade English class, a couple of people got really offended. I just laughed even harder.

I've always thought that the eating of Irish babies would help our great nation out quite a bit. In fact, I think all the evils of our present, decadent society are explicitly linked to the fact that we doggedly refuse to eat Irish babies!
