I'd always suggest Bob Dylan, but aside from him I personally love Sigur Ros, Joshua Radin and Martha Wainwright at the moment. Check them out :)

hahahah is Seabear an Icelandic band? I started listening to them, and they sound super familiar. I feel like I heard them while in Iceland. Or I could be totally wrong.
