caroline, your writing, its.. well, magical.
i dont mean that to be a cliche' or anything like that.
this one poem, it leaves me different. it leaves me scathed, but in a good way, you know?
it takes me back to those old summer days, where it seemed days would last forever, and nights would coexist. love was the sunset. romance was the silhouette cutting across the broken monkey bars.and you embody that in this simple poem. a feat, i could hardly do. and it makes me happy, throughout all our hardships in the world, a poem can still break through me. and can be so cathartic to my soul. you may not know me, but i know you.
love, charlie

this means so much to me. thank you. made my night.
usually i write about people who arent real. i think its depressing because i would love to be able to pick from an assortment of fantastic memories from various people, but this is about someone who is real. maybe thats why you like it?

yeah, it probably is. But,i think its just the passion behind this. i cant really explain it. Seeing as you are the author you might know just what im talking about. Then again, have you ever thought of writing as a sort of blind confusion? Like when your writing, you dont really know how you're doing it, it just sorta comes out? You may not know what your actually saying, but it feels...good? I dont know, im kind of just rambling here, but thats how it is for me. And it may be the same for you. Ever since i heard you were a writer, i was very eager to see what you could come up with. And i am very impressed. But, if you dont mind im going to keep my name anonymous, and probably keep on commenting on your writing because i like it so much. I dont want to tell you who i am because it doesnt matter. I'll tell you one day though, dont you worry.
your friend,
charlie

yeah, now that you made me realize it, that is how i write. i guess thats the only way you can say what you actually feel- through your subconscious. maybe when an emotion is strong enough, the words just come together themselves.

i would love to know, but admittedly, i love the anonymity. theres something sincere about it. or.. im not sure. i cant put my finger on it. i like it though.
thank you.
