One member is conducting an email argument with me about the length of the 100 yard rifle range. He insists it's only 50 yards.

Sheesh. Facts is facts. I invited him to measure it himself.

When I was in my 20s a friend threw me out of his car on the side of I-10 on the Mississippi Gulf coast because I tried to explain to him that the Escatawpa River bridge did indeed span the Escatawpa River and he disagreed. At least in your case he could prove to himself the error of his ways.
