Writing romance while drinking coffee and listening to 'The Best of Gordon Lightfoot' is love.

Take out the coffee and add in tea or hot chocolate, a pile of pillows and a really comfy chair and you'll have my favourite way to write.... and a movie soundtrack playing in teh background. Something epic (normally)

*is glomped* Ack! *hugs* You're quite welcome.

(Am currently watching NCIS, taking down quotes, and seeing how I could skew them to work with PB and Transformers icons *grins*)

Tea and hot chocolate are lovely too. ^___^ To the pillows and comfy chair, I'd add an extra soft fleece or chenille afghan. And a dish of cashews.

I like listening to movie soundtracks too, but when I'm really focusing on one particular kind of mood in a scene, I tend to choose individual artists rather than compilations of different songs.

More icons, yay!!! *huuuuggggsss* :D

Fanfic romance or Original romance?

Just curious. ^_^

Both, actually! *grins* I have two original romances in the works in addition to working on fanfics for FY, Voltron and Eyeshield 21.

At some point I'll have to bow out of fanfiction writing in favor of my original stuff. But not until I finish what I've started. Plus, writing fanfiction is a great way to hone skills and experiment with ideas, not to mention being a stress buster and a confidence booster when things aren't going well. I'm not ready to give it up yet. ^__^

You could get famous for writing the original stuff and do incognito fanfiction for your own works (edit) for the sake of seeing if anyone would ever say "I don't think you got them in character."

LOL!!! You make an excellent point...and I absolutely love this idea!!! :D

And btw, Appahome...:D I've been doing some brainstorming regarding our upcoming book trip- I'm going to be doing a lj post on my musings, and I would welcome any ideas for an itinerary. :D
